The Certified Travel Associate (CTA) program through the Travel Institute teaches front line travel professionals how to close more sales, improve efficiency, expand geography knowledge and fine-tune customer service skills, all while earning widely recognized industry credentials.
To earn their CTA, professionals must pass the Travel Agent Proficiency (TAP) exam, a two-hour, 100-question test. To maintain certification, CTAs must earn 10 continuing education units per year.
